2011 Wrap Up

I am ending 2011

- 8.5 lbs lighter

- Much more aware and respectful of my daily caloric intake

- In better shape (working out 6 days a week)

- Wearing a size smaller pants

- Feeling good about myself and in control

I look to 2012 and plan to...

- Lose 6.5lbs

- Maintain my weight at 135lbs

- Continue to work out 5-6 days per week

- Live a healthy example for my kids

- Enjoy my life
