As I sit here and make my goals for 2012, I can't help but be a wee bit nervous. My goal is to ultimately lose 160lbs total. I am about only around 20lbs in, so there has not been any significant changes in my body yet. That is perfectly okay though for now, since I have such a large amount to lose off my 5 ft 4 in frame. I would like to know from those that have lost a large amount of weight is what works for tightening the loose skin. One of my Spark Friends suggested using a product from a line that I already use, because it worked for her, so I will be investing in this product really soon. I recently bought lotion, so I will be using all of that first. I do not believe in waste. LOL! Here is the product she suggested:
I have recently added strength training to my routine, so I know replacing fat with muscle will help as well. I am drinking plenty of water, but I am not really consistent. I plan to become more consistent and increase my intake to half my weight in ounces daily. Does anyone else have any more suggestions?
