Lift a weight.

I believe with all the hoopla of the holidays that I can now safely return to the gym. So I did and so I will.
Yesterday's routine consisted of:

*A 7 minute warm-up on a stationary bike. My focus is on watts and rpm, not distance/calories.
* Some yoga stretches (doves and swans, cobras and children were somehow involved)
*Warm-up squats, working my way up to the working set.
*5x5 barbell squats.
*Light front squats using a pre-weighted barbell of a whooping 5 kg, because my lower back is weak.
*Barbell bench press.
*Deadlift time and I did not over do it but I managed to pull off 70 kg (154 lbs) without gloves -- prettty stoked about that!
*Lying dumbbell triceps extensions
*Dumbbell bench press as an immediate follow up to each set of extentions.
*Weighted decline sit-ups.
*And then I walked home.
