C25K Week Three Completed!

I just got back from a wonderful Christmas vacation with my husband. I got to go home and see my family and friends. It was great! Unfortunately all the visiting and family gatherings didn't do much for my diet. I definitely overindulged; especially with sweets. However I don't really think if it as failing. There were some areas where I feel like I did better then I would have otherwise. For instance I had a couple of peppermint mochas and I ordered them with skim milk and no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle. Also, I didn't drink a lot of alcohol this year.

I didn't stick to my exercise plan as well as I had hoped. I only exercised twice while home. However, considering that I'm used to going months without exercising I think twice is definitely better then not at all.

I'm getting myself back on track though. I've been logging my food again. I also had a salad with dinner, and ate the leftover salad for lunch. Today was Week 4:Day One of the C25K program. Most exciting of all though, I cleaned off the kitchen table and we ate dinner there instead of stuffing our faces in front of the TV. That's my biggest goal right now. Eat at the kitchen table!
