New Year = Fresh Start

I am excited for a fresh start and a better 2012....

I'm back on SparkPeople and I'm looking for motivation! I just added the SP app to my new iPhone! Is there any other Health & Fitness apps you suggest?

My goal for 2012 is too stop the yo-yo I have been riding for the past 3 years and be healthier. I would like to drop some wight, build lean muscle and mentally be healthier!

In 8 weeks I will be running in the 3rd Half Marathon (Disney Princess) and I need to get serious w/ my training, as I have been slacking.

    In addition to the Spark tracking app, I have the Healthy Recipes app they provide (I have an Adroid but I'm assuming they have it for Iphones) and I love that thing when I am stumped for healthy, tasty dinner ideas.

    Woo hoo! Glad you are back. You will do it when yuoi focus you are unstoppable! I have a blog post for you to read... I will email it to you. Ang has all sorts of phone apps - she is android but many you can also find for iphone. I do sometimes use the MyFitnesaPal app on my phone....

    I don't' have an iPhone, just an android. I haven't really looked for fitness apps, it is a good idea. I'll share if I find anything!
