Day 2 Back

I decided to try my hand at blogging at least every day through the week. So, I count this as Day 2 of being back at it! I really hate that I have gained back 10 lbs I had lost, but I do know I can lose these as I continue on my road to good health. I am through with diets, just going to work daily at being a healthier me. I have learned after not being able to exercise for a couple of months now that I do enjoy it and miss it! I am ready to get back into the routine of working out at least 4 mornings a week before work. I enjoyed Physical Therapy with my knee simply because I got to work my muscles! Everyone thought I was crazy, but I excepted the pain as a necessary means to the end results I want - working out again and possibly even getting to run some. Now, I am not going to push it and try to train for marathons or anything - it will only speed up my arthiritis damage, but I believe I can do small runs and maybe even some 5ks eventually - we'll see. It's all about my LONG TERM health so I will listen to my body and do what I can. I have worked out long enough now that my body craves the cardio and muscle toneing. I have been so stiff and achey and I know it is from lack of exercise. So, I must go for now. I wish I were an inspired and inspirational writer like the Kate's and Jen's of the world but I know I am not. I blog now just to keep myself accountable. So for now, here I am at Day 2!
