1st January Jump Start cardio

Wednesdays are my longest day and I usually don't get to exercise on Wednesdays at all. I joined the January Jumpstart Challenge and the team goal to exercise at least 10 minutes per day. I know it is not January yet, but I decided to try one of Coach Nicole's workouts to get in at least 10 minutes of cardio. I'm glad I did! I feel like I'm really committed to getting back on track. Nicole is so encouraging.
I couldn't fit it in until after 9:30 pm, and that was after un-decorating the house from all our Christmas stuff. I'm hoping carrying all the decorations down a flight of stairs was also enough activity today.
We should have better weather over the next three days, so we will be taking down lights outside our houe tomorrow, putting up the manger scene and sleighs, etc. If there is still time, I would love to get a tennis match in!
On the nutrition side, I'm still making good food choices and only "sneaked" in a small treat of a chocolate covered graham bite.
