Back in focus???

I did the 4 mile WATP Super challenge last night. Then I got up this morning and did one mile on the treadmill. It took me 20 minutes. Not to shabby. I have started writing down everything I eat again and I am more determined than ever to lose this extra "baggage". I know that I need to shed as much as possible before having to put on a bathing suit. i shudder to tthink...... Anyway with that mental picture, that was all it took to get me moving again. LOL
