Today was another good day. Woke up this morning and started out with a Pop Pilates Ab Workout (they're on youtube and they're awesome!) Went to work, then spent the day with my friend Brittney watching Jason Segel movies. She still had her Christmas candy out...M&Ms on the left, fudge on the right, but did I touch it? Nope! Instead when I got hungry I had an apple instead. Then I came home for dinner and cleaning up the house a bit. So here's my food for the day:

Breakfast: One clementine and a slice of wheat toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter--200 calories.

Lunch: A bag of Baked Lays Potato Chips and a Subway Eggwhite Muffin Melt with provolone and black forest ham--280 calories.

Dinner: Italian pasta bake with ground turkey and one piece of garlic bread--426 calories.

Snacks: One apple, sliced with two tablespoons of peanut butter and a banana--396 calories.
