I decided to start a new blog and put in an entry at the end of each day (this morning's entry is for yesterday lol) detailing how I did as far as fitness and eating goes. Hopefully thinking 'man I don't want to put that in the blog' will help stop me from making bad decisions (which I've been doing too much lately!)
Yesterday was a good day to start off with! I had an egg on an english muffin and a light black cherry yogurt for breakfast, then a piece of pork loin and a salad with fat free italian dressing for lunch. Then the boyfriend and I made penne pasta with vodka sauce and a baguette for dinner, but I measured everything out and was careful with my portions and I think dinner only came to 450 or 500 calories. :)
After dinner I made a sign to put up next to my bed that says 'Days Within Calorie Range' and for every day I don't screw up I'm going to add a tick mark. It's like those signs they have up in factories that say 'This factory has gone X days without an accident'. Hopefully another tool that will help me keep my head on my shoulders around cookies.
The part of yesterday I'm most proud of is that while my boyfriend and I were watching a movie he popped a bag of popcorn and was eating it while I was on his lap. So I had delicious warm popcorn fumes wafting directly into my face but I didn't touch a single kernel. :D I had a clementine instead.
I finished up yesterday around 1290 (didn't track the clementine.)
