Well, phooey... -2/10. And yes, I know the comments on my feed are right.. a loss is a loss, I should be happier, but darn it... I felt like I did all this work and 2/10 is ..well, it feels pathetic. :P

I'm going to try one or two things to see if that helps shake things up a bit.
#1 was a different breakfast. (rather than the same old same old)
#2 might be to up the activity.. for awhile there I had been doing 45-60 min a day, and somehow I've slipped back to 30-40.. big difference. I am going to try and have hubby get me up a bit early... maybe do 30 min in the morning and the other 30 in the evening. Or I'll at least try and get 45 min...

More car trouble with hubby's car. My MIL is helping us pay for the damages... (still I am fighting stress eating... sigh)

edited to add: I just wrote this for an email I send out to some friends I do an email "weigh in report"..lol...

I felt like it ought to have been more. I tracked and I definitely got lots of activity. On the other hand we did eat ham at my sister in law's on Christmas day. Maybe I had a better loss than showed because of water retention?

Plus I *DID* run 6.2 miles on Christmas eve morning. I am reminding myself that not all victories are on the scale. Who would have thought back when I Started that I would ever run more than 1 mile willingly? lol
