I decided to give myself a 24-hour reprieve from weighing (my body and my food). I ate whatever I wanted but didn't get too full. I have a bit of a carb hangover today (the 26th) but feel better already. Usually it takes me a few days to "detox" but I think because I was reasonable with myself it wasn't so bad. We shall see when I weigh in on Thursday (when I get home).
I met my 10-pound weight loss goal for December and really hope I didn't do so much damage that I can't still be there by the 31st. We will see.
I am going on a LONG walk today and keep drinking my water and eating my veggies.
I am so glad I didn't put off until January 1st what I could do on November 28th.
