On track today? Started out wrong so now I can do the rest of the day right! Remembering to get back on track after I slacked off was hard. Now it's different - I remember how right it was when I went in for my check up and realized that I didn't have to diet - I was actually living the new life.
Everyday I try to do that. To talk to myself and give me a hug. Everyday can be back on track - even if you screw up.
My pants fit better, I can breath, I'm thankful that I can have special things, and that I can remember that it's ok to get off track and then back on.
Wonderful day today, isn't it?
