I am going to post all my food & workout enteries onto FB. It is not too brag, but to force me to be real. Based on how hard I workout I know that the reason I am not making my fitness goals is because of what I put in my mouth. So while my #1 resolution for 2012 is to Have More Fun, my #2 goal is to learn that is OK to not clean my plate. To take my child's plate that has a few bites on it and put it in the compost or thrash can. To not put so much food on my plate. It worked so well for me in the past. But then I started getting lazy. I started feeling left out of my family's super yummy not so healthy supers. I started feeling bad for forcing them to eat food they weren't fans of. But no more.

    Good for you! Boy, it's so hard to let go of that extra food when your cleaning up those plates!
