okay... about the eating...

Okay - so while I have been doing the 10 mnute workouts, something needs to happen about my eating. I am getting my period with is a period of eating despair in my life. I am going to try something new this month: not panicking...

I also haven't been super focused on the food - I have just wanted to keep my fitness streak going. So, I am staying focused on fitness this week. I had planned to plan my menu - but that might not happen with all this Christmas insanity going on. For example, we are eating out tonight... Instead, I think I will actually try and journal what I have eaten.

I know that many people use the nutrition tracker and find it helpful - I find it to be a weight around my neck. Truth. If I slip even one little bit, I freak out and quit. I am just undone that way.

I need to think about all the other things that might slowly build my success on this.

My friend says that she is going to sign up - but I don't see her yet....

I am trying not to be the Spark Pressure lady - so I officially promise to just be happy if and when she does!
