Now it moves. The scale. Happy today. 3.4 pounds since last week. The scale didn't want to move and all of a sudden, down it goes. I'm not complaining mind you, I'm just very pleasantly surprised.
Hmm, maybe that extra Zumba class I threw in this week did it. In addition to one extra 3 minute running interval as well. Maybe the new sneakers got me moving more.
I had no mojo to get to the gym today. It's cold, raining and i'm sore from monday (still).
But I went. I ended up walking 4 miles on the treadmill at a fast pace instead of my usual running interval. At least I got out today and wasn't home eating.
I lost another inch off my waist and off my lower ab pouch thingy. I'm still feeling like a house cat with this belly but it's starting to change. Yay Me!
