so, how did it go? Did you eat too much and exercise too little at christmas? yep, thought so. Did you make up for it afterwards? Did you do your best to not pig out completely? I hope so.
At the start of the challenge, all you wanted was to be fitter, lighter and smaller at the end of it. You are forgiven if you wobbled a bit and didn't make as much progress as you did when there was better weather and more daylight hours. You are not forgiven if you didn't TRY to stay on track. You measured your waist on 21st december. Have you lost any inches there now?
Ideally you will have dropped a clothes size and lost at least 6 pounds. Hopefully you have done better than that, but any loss, or even getting back on track if you went astray should be regarded as goal achieved.
Did anything go wrong? If so, how can you prevent this in the future? Do you need to buy less of the "naughty treats" that you eat too much of sometimes? If you've not got biscuits in the house, you can't eat them when you're tired or stressed and want comfort/boredom breakers. What did you do to improve on the exercise minutes which you made a very poor start to this challenge with?
