Day Thirteen: Back to the the gym I run

I'm still here. I just took the time to get well.
In today's news: I finally made it back to the gym and boy did it feel great.
To be on the safe side I took it easy: stationary biking for 30 min, walking on the treadmill for 30 min with an incline. Then I did some leg presses, actually quite a lot of them, moving my legs around so I would work out different muscles in my legs. (pushing with the front of my feet, my heels, wide and narrow leg positioning, and single leg presses).
I did some barbell squats, only using the bar today, taking it easy. I do find that just doing squats with the barbell makes it perhaps too easy and form suffers as a result. Using a dumbbell to do goblet squats, I want to be able to do front squats eventually but currently my back is not strong enough. It pretty much the same thing that prevents me from putting weights behind my neck when doing weighted hyperextentions.
Anyways, it was a good day. Let's let the good days come rollin'. :)
