Just recording it here so I remember!

I am trying to decide what running goal to set. Part of me wants to train for half April 28, but the other part of me LOVES working on speed. I like the Run Less, Run Faster approach, but the half marathon program is really intense, and I don't know if it would be smart for me to be that intense for my first half. I'm also not a fan of long and slow runs, even though I am proud to say I have run 10 miles. I do really like the 10K distance, but I really really want so accomplish the half.
I'm the kind of person that likes having training programs and goals, so I'm not sure what to do. This if the first time in almost a year where I haven't been using some kind of training program.
