Day 1 (Again...)

Monday, December 19, 2011

Well, I turn 40 in days. I have been struggling with my weight for years. It affects so many aspects of my life - it's time to do something to turn that around. I have an amazing husband that is loving, honest, and incredibly supportive. I have three beautiful boys that are full of spice. they can ski black diamond runs easily. Even if I could get over my unbelievable fear of heights - I don't think I could physically keep up. I want to change that - forever!!!

Today, I did my first 10 minute workout from the spark book. It was so hard. It actually scared me how hard it was! I am looking forward to remembering how hard this workout was - and not feeling that anymore!

I want to start slow - and maintain my success streak! emoticon

Did you have fun doing it? Is it possible to remember that hard doesn't have to be hard forever? I keep trying to remember when "hard" was fun....
