Back on track...AGAIN : )

Okay so I completely went off of my program over the past few days. I had a ten day streak, then fell off hard (binging on sweets), and it has been very hard to get back on track. I think the disappointment of failing to meet my 30 day goal has prevented me from getting back on track : ( I was nervous to weigh in, but I did this morning and weighed 144.8, so there's still hope for me to weigh in the 130's by the end of the month. Because I also did not workout, the fat roll on my stomach (which was starting to get smaller) is back : ( So today is like starting all the way over from scratch : (
The good thing is that I proved to myself that I could stay on a healthy eating/exercise plan for at least 10 days. So here's to the next 10 days to finish the month out strong!
