The Winter BL Challenge has begun!
This is my third challenge and my first assignment is to write a letter to myself to read after the 10 wks is up.

Hey Girl
You have completed 10 weeks of your 3rd challenge. WOO HOO!!! Girl remember how you felt after the first 2 challenges. Did not drop much weight. You certainly did not exercise like you should because you were to busy trying to keep the team alive. (TRUTH BUT STILL AN EXCUSE) BUT LOOK AT YOU NOW! Team is rockin this challenge and SO ARE YOU! You have gotten your stride with exercise back and you are not making excuses for your lack. You are owning your choices and making adjustments to get through the challenges. You are taking better care of yourself on all levels because you know this journey is more than weigh loss! Most of all you lost MORE than your goal! ROCK ON SISTA ROCK ON! Spring challenge here I come! emoticon
