Working to lose weight

I have been working to lose weight for 15 days now. I have been really good on my calorie in take and exercising every day. When I first started it was so hard to keep with the diet when all I ever did be for was snack all day on what ever I wanted. The first day was ruff I couldn't even do 5 mins. with out stopping to breath.But I didn't give up and I feel great. I'm sticking to my diet and I just ran for 30 mins. the other day. I would not have been able to do that when I first started.
