Went to Zumba last night! LOVED IT as usual! But oh boy am i ever out of shape, and the moves wernt as easy as i remember! Haha! Last nights class had a lot of booty shaking and hip circles.....towards the end of the class it caught up with me! Remember I separated my innercostal muscle from my rib cage a couple of weeks ago? I have been feeling great, but holy crap all that bump and grindage really jacked me up! I'm still hurting this morning, worse then last night. It is getting worse the more i move!! BOOOO!!!
I guess I will have to stick to jogging/walking for a while; that and the wii with my girl. Sucks though......it puts the "why should i" kind of stinking thinking into my head. It's the perfect excuse not to exercise ya know? For a girl like me, thats kinda dangerous. So I have come up with a plan!!
Monday I'm going to do my "hard core" low carb program again. I figure this way i will at least get the scale moving and keep myself motivated to get back to getting my sweat on. I really want to keep my mind out of the black cloud of funk that comes along with me being stagnant.
