week 21---126 pounds, second week in a row

Not sure whats going on but weight loss is coming to a standstill, i haven't changed my diet or exercise routine so not sure whats going on.This is my last day of full exercise, tomorrow night i will loose my nightly 30 minutes, going to a native american gathering, then Saturday gonna celebrate my sons 11th birthday....scared of the cake...but i know i am going to eat one at the actual part after that, my fun will be through...gonna try to keep to a great eating schedule, my kids will be out of school tell i am pretty sure that my exercise schedule is going to be effected by it...but its having the kiddos home...Anyway have a great weekend everyone...

    At this point in your weight loss, even when you do EVERYTHING right, things are going to slow down. Its inevitable when you're this close to goal. Get started on the strength training and focus on losing inches instead of pounds. And realize its all going to take a lot more time now. Don't let it get you down! You're doing so amazing!!
