Thursday, December 15, 2011

Wow I have not exercised or ate healthy since Thanksgiving. It happened again. I gained weight I hate to say this I went from 125.8 which I was so happy! To now 129 at least it is not 130. I can't go back to the 130's. I have to stop take back control of my life. I think all the stresses of Christmas and financial stuff got me to eat everything in sight boy did I have fun eating Red Robin yummy burgers, homemade cookies, cakes all the goodness all it left me was blub chub. My butt looks like a big fat mess. I feel like hot mess! Today I am taking back control started off good this morning 1 c cottage cheese yummy time and 1 c of strawberries no more donughts all I get is upset stomach and feeling so bad! I feel so less stressed out now my classes for school are schedule. I got approved for a nice student loan package. I feel my life is more order cant wait to 2 do 2 semesters of pre reqs then test then admitted into the iu school of nursing !!!!!! yeah!!!!!

Good job with taking control of your life again!! The weight can creep on easily, as you see, that is why we need to track track and track all you eat. Stay focus and you should be ok.
    Good luck emoticon

I am glad you are recognizing that there is a problem before it gets too out of control! just remember to be nice to yourself and don't completely give up what you like there is wiggle room to have those things every now and then just not everyday. if you completely try to give them up you will crave them all the time and will end up binging if you allow yourself to have them from time to time you will find you don't binge and you won't crave the donuts, cookies, cakes as often. congrats on going to nursing school!
