Three days back and going strong. I hate that after leaving SP back in September I've gained back 9 pounds. I started a new job and moved since Sept.and have not been exercising or eating healthy. My pants were starting to get tight and uncomfortable...that's when it finally hit me that I needed to get back on track. I immediately turned to SP. I have been eating healthy and exercising for the past 3 days, but need support and motivation!

I have a major binging problem. I find that some days I just eat eat eat until I'm uncomfortable and eat some more! I hate it! I need to control this big time!

Super frustrated with myself for losing control over the past few months, but proud that I am back on track, even though its only been 3 days so far. Baby steps..but I know I can do it!!!! emoticon
