What's working for me

I've been trying the Eat Stop Eat method where 2/3 days a week I don't eat after 8pm and try not to eat until about the same time the next day. I have been struggling with the hunger so when I get really hungry (about 12pm) I'll have a carrot and try to fill up on water, then I'll continue to have something small like a couple of dry crackers every time I feel really hungry until dinner. It's getting easier the more I do it and it feels like I'm making hardly any effort at all. I think it works for me because on the fasting days I just don't think about food because I'm not really eating. So far I've lost about 4lbs and I've been doing it a couple of weeks.
