its monday a start of a new week. I was super movitated by Dr Furhman's 3 steps to incredible health on PBS this week. I have been incorporating his eating plan into my life for quite a while but realized i kept going back to addictive foods and behaviors which kept me at a stable weight instead of losing it like i have to if i want to live my life to the fullest!
Off to Hayhouse conference in Las Vegas in January i missed my Hayhouse community for the last couple of years online just isnt as special as in person.
Using that date as a motivater drop more weight!
