okay so I m down another 2lbs!!

I m still having issues with things But I am working on them.. sodium being one of them lol

So with just a few weeks left until the first I know I have to give it my all and try an come as close to the 50lb mark as I can.. with the time left and 14lbs to go.. I m not sure its possible but I m not gonna give up. okay so after just doing the math.. unless a miracle accrues I m so not making the 50lbs.. but should hit pretty close to it... I m not thrilled with that but I m so not giving up or in to this!! Anyways

    I'm sure you can lose a good portion of that 14lbs in 3 weeks, but to lose all of it you would have to eat 2350 calories less each day than your maintenance calories (or burn it through exercise) So I would say losing 6lbs would be really good going.
