After way too long of procrastinating my weight climbed up to 173 two weeks ago. That number shocked me, thats 20 lbs heavier than when I was 9mo. pregnant. So I started exercising and watching what I was eating. Then at a conference for Student Senate I joined several other students on a fitness and health challenge. First goal at one month-- to loose 8 lbs and 1 year goal to loose 48 lbs. and 2 year goal to maintain that weight. My reward will be to start my family tatoo representing myself, my 3 daughters and my six grandchildren. It will be Roses and Thorns to represent the good and bad in life.
