STEP-1 Eat as much BAD (junk) food as possible. Make sure you buy Wendy's new cheeseburgers, with LARGE fries & drink. Don't forget to give them your coupon. Also, Make sure you get to McDonald's as much as you can and buy two (2) Big Macs, your fries & drink.
Make sure you grab snacks at work from the wide selection they may have of candies, chips, pretzels, Chex Mix. Oh, and make sure that while watching TV in the evening, you fill up on more snacks until you go to bed at 10:00 p.m.
STEP-2 Make sure you DO NOT exercise! After all, this would only work the opposite of helping you gain. Become totally sedentary when you get home from work by turning on the TV, sitting down & don't get up unless it's to get something to eat.
STEP-3 DO NOT track your food on Spark People. You really should make sure you do absolutely NOTHING on Spark People. If you want to spin the wheel, that's okay, but otherwise make sure you don't contact any of your team members in any way at all. To do this will cause you to start taking notice of your slide which will end up causing you to lose track of your endeavors to gain weight.
I do hope these little tidbits will help you on your journey to stay & get as heavy & unhealthy as you possibly can.
If any of this sounds familiar to you, you CAN get off this merry-go-round as soon as you decide to put your own well being FIRST in your life. Think about how you felt while losing the amount of weight you've already accomplished. You MUST keep those GOOD, POSITIVE memories in the foreground of your mind whenever you get up to get something to eat AND whenever you decide to sit & watch TV IMMEDIATELY after work.
