STEP-1 Eat as much BAD (junk) food as possible. Make sure you buy Wendy's new cheeseburgers, with LARGE fries & drink. Don't forget to give them your coupon. Also, Make sure you get to McDonald's as much as you can and buy two (2) Big Macs, your fries & drink.
Make sure you grab snacks at work from the wide selection they may have of candies, chips, pretzels, Chex Mix. Oh, and make sure that while watching TV in the evening, you fill up on more snacks until you go to bed at 10:00 p.m.

STEP-2 Make sure you DO NOT exercise! After all, this would only work the opposite of helping you gain. Become totally sedentary when you get home from work by turning on the TV, sitting down & don't get up unless it's to get something to eat.

STEP-3 DO NOT track your food on Spark People. You really should make sure you do absolutely NOTHING on Spark People. If you want to spin the wheel, that's okay, but otherwise make sure you don't contact any of your team members in any way at all. To do this will cause you to start taking notice of your slide which will end up causing you to lose track of your endeavors to gain weight.

I do hope these little tidbits will help you on your journey to stay & get as heavy & unhealthy as you possibly can.

If any of this sounds familiar to you, you CAN get off this merry-go-round as soon as you decide to put your own well being FIRST in your life. Think about how you felt while losing the amount of weight you've already accomplished. You MUST keep those GOOD, POSITIVE memories in the foreground of your mind whenever you get up to get something to eat AND whenever you decide to sit & watch TV IMMEDIATELY after work.

Listen to me, you CAN get through this, with a little help from your friends!

LMAO Well, except for the TV watching, I don't ever do that, but I play on the puter and sit on my arse which is just as bad! LOL C'mon, we can do this. Or at least that's what I keep telling myself, and I'd hate to think I was deluded about that. Hope you have a good rest of the week, sparky bud!     I feel as though you had been stalking me in the months before I found Spark People! Only things you omitted were my regular every-afternoon visit to McCafe for a choc-cookie cheesecake and full cream hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, and the family sized block of chocolate after dinner.

    Thank you for this blog - made me realise just how my life has changed without my really noticing. I am anjoying what I eat now far more than before, actually look forward to taking the dogs for a walk or getting out in the garden for the afternoon, and water has replaced my 20+ coffees per day. I knew I was feeling far better, losing weight, but to see all those things written down that way was a real reminder of where I've come from. emoticon

    It will be nice to have you back at PLOF on a regular basis , we have all noticed your absence. The holidays are here and are not going away so we MUST be here for each other ... right ??? It's hard enough everyday but the holidays always seem to be the worse. The support of SP friends is a blessing and we are all in this TOGETHER !!!

    Gains in life are expected, it happens but we MUST do our BEST, make no excuses, we know what we have to do and how to do it, we just have to WANT it and want it EVERYDAY !!!

    When you put it this way, it sounds ludicrous---except most of us are here on SparkPeople because we had become EXPERTS at those three times--especially the first two!

    I'm thinking since I don't want to gain weight, I should do the exact opposite of what you've outlined above, right???? emoticon

    You know it's funny that's what I used to do, and the fast food didn't even taste good. My cooking is much better and healthier. I just wish I had someone to clean up after me. emoticon
