Really enjoying being back into the swing of things.
1. Cardio 5X/ Week
I found it surprisingly easy to get this goal met. I ended up taking Wednesday off. By the time I got home from my staff get together I was too bagged to lace up my shoes.
2. ST 5X/Week
Missed this by one day. Again I was quite surprised that I actually wanted to do Strength Training. It has never been my favorite part of exercise. I have been enjoying my DVDs alot.
3. Tracking my food
I tried to fill the info in yesterday, but that didn't really work all that well. I started grouping my foods that I eat together regularily to hopefullly make tracking less painful.
4.Family Time - Not bad with this one. There have been lots of "parties" this week. When I am home with the kids I try to get in at least 30 minutes hanging out and playing with them.
5. 180 lbs by 2012 - working on it, but I know that i am going to up my tracking if that is really going to happen.
