Day Ten has been tough...but I'm still on track with the eating plan : )

Today was super hard. I got up early and made my fiancé a breakfast platter with bacon and cheesy eggs. The smell of the crispy bacon was overwhelming alone, but I was able to resist it and had my usual oatmeal and green tea. I wanted to take a nap, but my son's car was leaking fluid and we had to take it into the shop. It was stressful because we've put more money into it than the car is worth and I always feel like the car shop is taking advantage of us : ( For lunch, I made grilled cheese sandwiches for my fiancé and son with tomato soup. I had two plain veggie burgers that were not satisfying at all. By 2, I felt very hungry and tired, but couldn't sleep, so I had an Atkins bar and an apple. I ended up eating 500 calories (salad and another Atkins bar) over my scheduled calorie amount. I didn't exercise today either. I just couldn't do it today. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier.
