End of BLC#12 Blog. New goals for 4 weeks

These past 4 weeks have been different. They started out really great, and then I lost my motivation. My results might not be as I had hoped, but at least they are results (meaning at least I didn't quit).
Chest 46--> 46
Waist 44--> 43
Hips 50--> 49
Neck 15--> 15
Thigh 30--> 31
Calf 19--> 19
Upper Arm 17--> 16
Waist to Hip 0.86--> 0.88
Energy Level 4--> 3
Stress Level 3-->3
Sleep Quality 4--> 3
Self esteem level 4--> 4
I decided not to measure the pushups, crunches, and step test anymore b/c it is suppose to measure progress, and I can see my progress in the gym when I have to increase weights and treadmill settings.
I lost 5 lbs, which is good, but missed my goal by 3 lbs.
I wanted to lose 12" and I only lost 3 (and gained 1). This is probably because I have been slacking on the gym.
I wanted to up my water and freggie intake, which I did most of the time.
I did not meet my goal of the gym 3x a week plus added cardio 2x a week.
New goals for January 7th:
Inches to lose: 10
Days to stay in my calorie range per week: 5
Glasses of water to drink each day: 8+
Number of visits to the gym: 3-5
Sorry about the lack on pictures of my 18 size jeans. I temporarily lost my microSD converter, so I cannot upload the pics from my phone to my computer just yet.
