This week was kind of bad.. i didn't exercise like i was supposed to and i didn't eat like i was supposed to. I was feeling bad about it but thinking about it now, compared to me previous week, then the week was an improvement. All i can do is keep doing the right things day by day and it will all add up in the end.. so my aim is to make next week better than the last. emoticon
