Week 20- 8 pounds left to meet my SP goal!!!!

Can't believe that I finally got off 128, it took me 2 weeks but it happened .Last week i was so frustrated about seeing 128 again, i think i over exercised, hurting my weight loss.On last Friday, i want to see the scale drop to 127 because i was 128.2 that i exercised a total of 180 minutes that day...Saturday morning I woke up still at 128....I was so mad at myself...I thought that this was it..its over,I couldn't loose anymore...So I said i am not going to waste my day away exercising, I am going to go back to my old schedule, just to maintain my weight and not get any bigger..I did cardio, in the morning for 60 minutes, then cardio in the evening for 30..Kept with it not expecting results and yesterday morning i woke up jumped on the scale and to my surprise i was 126!!!omg!!! i couldn't believe it, and now i am totally motivated again...Over the last 20 weeks i have played around with my exercise schedule and now am convinced 90 minutes a day is what i need to drop the lbs..I have been walking around the last 2 weeks with only 2 good pairs of pants that fit me..although baggy not so bad that they are falling off...still wearable but nevertheless was not gonna give into buying anything new to wear til i got to 125...(maybe some sweatpants if i didnt loose any??)well since i got there this morning, i am ready..if i am still there tomorrow(maybe some kind a fluke with my scale??) gonna buy something to reward myself not a whole wardrobe or anything , just something to make me feel good about the hard work i have been putting in..Dont get me wrong, i know i am only 8 pounds away from the sp goal that was set for me, I still have a lot of work to do...i do still have the belly bulge, not as bad as it was 40 pounds ago, but still enough to wear one of those stomach slimmer things under a nice shirt...i am added in a lot of ab workout to my schedule. and kinda worried about the whole"loose skin" thing i hear people talk about...but not gonna be walking around naked anytime soon long as i look a healthy size,and alright with clothes on....its alright with me....hehehe!!!just thought to add that in...oh...and i dont think i will be getting into a bikini either...ever!!!! emoticon emoticoni am going to start adding some more strengthening exercising in hopefully can tone me up a little, even though i am 125 there is still flab and a lot of work to be done so i do have a long way to go..anyways i hope to see everyone in another week...keep blogging i love reading them and miss them when a lot of you stop....Have a happy and healthy day!!!!and a great weekend!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
