Training for a 5K!

My children and I are running our first 5K in June. Run for Your Lives is a Zombie themed run. We're excited! I have never excelled at running, but there is a first time for everything, right? I am excited to find a fitness activity that the children and I can do together. June 23 will also be the halfway point from my husband's deployment to Afganistan. I am proud to be a fitness role model to my kids! They make me so proud!
