Busy Day..

So I went to the Dr today to hopefully be released back to my normal job at work, well that isn't happening right now. I need to have an MRI and continue with physical therapy. I asked the Dr about exercising.. her response was, "you better wait"... disappointing. I know if I were to get out and exercise, I would lose more weight. but so be it!

I tried a new recipe today for baked oatmeal. It wasn't as I was expecting it to be, more like a dessert than a breakfast food. Tonight for dinner we had erberts and gerberts, a local sub sandwich place. My normal order would be a with is like 12 inches, plus a cup of soup, and a large soda. TODAY my order was a child size sub with turkey and cheese and half a bag of lays baked potato chips. A calorie difference of nearly 500. I figured I would be very hungry yet after, but I was full.

Thank you to everyone that left me encouraging comments yesterday! That is the part of the reas thion I decided to blog, make myself responsible for my actions. This time dieting/watching what I eat, feels different from any other time. I know it is going to be hard, and I know I am going to want to quit. But I have a different view this time. If I have a bad day.. that's OK.. just instead of continuing on that path, pick myself up and keep going. I feel great about it!! :)
