-All the numbers are less than the previous two months!
-I indulged yet again a little too much
-I gained 3 lbs
-Did not follow thru 100% on my CLX express plan….maybe 60%? Not good enough.
-Ran the DIVAS half-marathon in San Juan, PR in 2:06:55. Super good time with my BFF, co-workers an SP friends. It was a tough course, several hills but beautiful scenery of Old San Juan, the coast and the city. Awesome medal!
-After two years of running, I got my first black toe nail! It’s like a badge of honor. I’m a REAL runner now! Haha.
For December I’m sticking to my tried-n-true 3 days of running, 2 days of ST. 1 day of stretching, rolling or yoga if I can. I’m more likely to stick to this than a jam-packed 6 days a week workout plan. If I aim for 6 days a week I feel overwhelmed and am lucky to get in 4. If I take the pressure off, I’m likely to keep it up. Remains to be seen however, seeing as for the 1st week of December I only got 4 workouts in so far. I can still make up for it, so as long as I get better numbers in Dec than Nov I’ll be Ok. Reality is, I’ll be Ok regardless but I’m aiming for the best, even if I don’t feel my best. Holiday blues? Relationship drama? Check and check.
