Week 5 Day 2

Morning Weight: 218.6
Goals for the day: Keeping the calories under control
Water: 8+ glasses
Tracking everything.
Exercise: yoga or biggest loser workout

Expected challenges: Tutoring after school (thus I am super hungry by the time I get home).

Mood/energy level/feelings: pretty good

Plan to keep me on track: Pack lunch

Calorie total: 1295! I would love to eat something right now, just because I have calories left, but it is 9:30 at night. I have no reason to eat.
Fitness total: None
Unexpected challenges: Got a call from an old student of mine who needed tutoring tonight in his college stats class. So the evening was interrupted and I didn't make it to church. :(

What I did wrong: no exercise again and didn't get in all of my waters

What I did right: calories calories calories. I am tracking them like crazy. A parent brought in "pumpkin donut" muffins today.... and I didn't eat one! Someone else brought in bakery donuts.... and I didn't eat one! My favorite stuff......rejected!!!! ;)

How I feel/felt: Really good. I am NOT dependent on a donut!
