Turning this Apple Into... Well, Not An Apple ;)

Since I have started to lost weight, I have begun to wonder what my body will look like after losing this 100+lbs. You see, before I gained weight I was more of an hour glass than an apple. I have never really been a pear, since my lower half and top half were pretty evenly proportioned. But, as I gained more and more weight, my mid-section just took off.
However, I am starting to notice small changes in my mid-section as I am losing. It seems to be trimming down a bit. Last week, I met my fitness coach and added strength training to my routine. I hear that strength training can help re-shape the body. Well, I certainly hope so. My plans are to torch this fat with my cardio and build lean muscle with my strength training.
I am doing pretty well with my diet. I have started to incorporate more freggies. I rarely eat anything fried. I am drinking tons of water and I gave up the liquid crack, Coke. I still allow sweets in moderation. However, there is still room for improvement. I welcome any suggestions.
