Weekend dieters dillemma

So during the week I do very well with dieting and exercise, Its actually quite east for me. THen all of a ssudden Friday comes and everything goes outt the window. I eat any and everything and dont workout. THe weekend seems to come and goo soo fast with soo many different things to do and before i know it its monday morning and ive gained 2 or 3 pounds. :(
Has anyone else had this problem?? Its realy setting me back with my weight loss. Im a college student so the weekend is time for all of us to go crazy lol Dieting is not on my mind at alllllll .
