December Goals

It's that time of month again... time to set some new goals. November was an awful month - between getting sick and crazy schedules, I did very little all month to stay productive. I know now that with the holidays, scheduling a workout is going to be a necessity.

Here are my goals for the month of December:

December Goals:
1. complete at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
2. complete strength training 5 at least 5 days a week
3. 64 oz of water everyday
4. no more than 8 oz of soda 3 days a week
5. be more active on my SP Teams

    Jamie I think these are very doable goals and great ones not only for the month of December but every month.

    You can totally make this happen Jamie. I think your body was just shutting down since you've been crazy busy for months. Hint: Burning the candle at both ends will result in SHUT DOWN!

    So many of us had terrible Novembers - so you weren't alone there. I am working toward that 30 pound weight loss mark - NO EXCUSES!!
