It's that time of month again... time to set some new goals. November was an awful month - between getting sick and crazy schedules, I did very little all month to stay productive. I know now that with the holidays, scheduling a workout is going to be a necessity.
Here are my goals for the month of December:
1. complete at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
2. complete strength training 5 at least 5 days a week
3. 64 oz of water everyday
4. no more than 8 oz of soda 3 days a week
5. be more active on my SP Teams
