Started a new exercise program today.

Today I joined the walk\run 5 k in 8 week program. I went outside and ran,, I live in Kansas so I defiantly know now that I need to wear more cloths. I feel really good about doing this today, I plan to do it at least 3 times per week. It makes me feel happier when I run, even for such a short time. I am looking forward to running more. I will keep updating as I go. I feel very optimistic about this, and I have not felt this way for a long time, maybe I finally found my fitness niche.

    Ok, I did my second run today, I will get my 3 in this week would have liked more, but the Kansas weather has kept me from it. I still need so warmer cloths. I feel pretty good about it .
