Having had a baby via c-section about 8 weeks ago, I'm not loving my body right now. I'm also aware of what I have to do to fix that. I've also gone on record as committing to running at least ONE 5k in 2012, so it's time to get going. I'm breastfeeding my son, so obviously I can't cut calories like I could the last time around, but I can certainly get my butt moving.
Yesterday, I walked half the way to the grocery store and all the way home - 1.6 miles.
Today, I got on the treadmill and walked - 2 miles.
It's babysteps, but it's the way I began my mega-weight loss last time.
