December Goals

Here we go:

1200 Fitness Minutes.

Strength training, 3x/week - attention to arms since it's been 2 months since I lost any inches there!

Intuitive eating, I'm giving this a go. I've still been losing - perhaps more slowly but so far so good. I will be successful if I continue to lose w/o strict tracking. However, IF the scale tips in the wrong direction - logging must commence! It is a busy holiday season, with a lot of temptations.

Yoga/Meditation, 5x/week - manage stress with healthy outlets.

Keep the December Team Challenge going for Project: Make Yourself - posting one small daily challenge for the team to participate in. Also, continue with QOTD.

My 30th birthday is this month - I want to be out of the 190's by then.
