Stage 1 - Fast Break

1. track calories eaten each day
2. watch no more than 1hr TV a day
3. get 8 hours of sleep

1. tracking - know what I am eating
I find the tracker cumbersome and awkward to use due to the lack of a single critical feature. When searching foods, the calorie totals and portion size should appear in parentheses in each food listing.
kind of like this:
until they implement this if ever, my personal workaround is to add this info with the title of the food when I enter my own items. for example
Hot Pockets Bacon Egg Cheese (220cal 6oz)

2. find time - learn to fit my new habits into a realistic day
preplan next day meals and enter into tracker

3. set up shop - get what I need, get rid of what I don't
4. learn to use the site
5. goal reminders everywhere
6. find strategies that work for me
emotional eating is my pitfall
1. need a new two week streak/habit to boost my esteem
