December Goals

1. Log into Spark for each day to track foods/exercise/check on spark teams and friends.

2. Stay on my eating plan.

3. Exercise no less than 30 minutes or 10,000 steps a day.

4. Drink lots of H2O daily.

5. Return the encouragement I receive from co-workers to eat healthy and exercise.

6. Continue on my natural hair journey.

7. Enjoy family time.

8. Stay calm, relaxed, happy, and at peace.

9. Take December 25 and 26 to enjoy traditional family dinners with no guilt.

10. LOSE 5 lbs. Lose inches.
