November goals report

Here are my November goals

1. Reach 220 pounds
2. Be thankful (post something I'm thankful for every day or write in a gratitude journal)
3. Run a 5K
4. Exercise 5 times a week

My progress on each one:

1. Missed it by 1.6 pounds
2. Reached (most days anyway)
3. Reached (40 minutes!)
4. Was doing well until last week...

I feel good about my November accomplishments. Now for December goals...
